Japan permanent residency (永住) application wait time estimator for all 11 regional immigration bureaus — Tokyo, Yokohama, Nagoya, Osaka, Kobe, Fukuoka, Hiroshima, Sendai, Sapporo, Takamatsu and Naha. Predictions are based on official e-Stat immigration processing statistics, using FIFO queue simulation and time-series forecasting.
